• Was in Beauty industry owning  Hair Styling Salons for 17 years
• International Trainer and Platform Artist for the largest educational company Pivot Point International, Chicago. Traveled for 10 years National and Internationally.
• A member of the Educational Development team of Pivot Point Int. developing, filming and writing copy for educational books.
• Member of Hair America and became one out of four members selected to develop the hair styles for the United States for spring and summer of 1981.
• Moved to Tucson from Chicago 1981. Became Educational Director for Allure Beauty Schools, and Salons in Tucson and Scottsdale, responsible for the development of the curriculum and education for the Staff and Students.
• Competition Trainer for National and International Competitions
• 1982 had the first student from the U.S. to win a Gold Medal in the Hair Olympics in Paris France. She won a place on both the men haircutting and women styling team.
• Retired 1990 from the Beauty Industry to work with my husband who owned and operated a 130 space Manufactured Housing rental Community for 55+ persons. Sold the Community

I have been involved in client relations my whole professional life. Regardless of the business, the interest of the Client always has been the ultimate goal.

I believe in honesty, fairness, integrity and treating the client with as much respect as you would yourself. I am not a high pressured real estate professional; the whole transaction is not about me it about my clients. The client knows if the home feels right for them.

1. Educate the buyer on the logical steps of the buying process so the buyer can make the best choice in purchase of a home.

2. Have many resources to draw from to assist the buyer with their home, search including this website. 

3. Assist the client with names of Mortgage Brokers to interview and ultimately apply for a loan.

4. Assist the client in negotiating the fairest final purchase price.

5. Will walk the client through the necessary inspection processes to help eliminate any repair surprises.

6. Will educate the client about the buying process including the title searches, the escrow process, lender requirements, and inspection timings.

7. Will make sure all the required paperwork involved in the buying process is in on time.

8. My ultimate goal is to create a long and lasting profession real estate experience for all involved the buyer, the seller and their real estate professional. Through the knowledge of negotiating strategies, listening and communicating skills and really hearing what the client’s needs are, by putting the clients interest first my business plan will work.

My Hobbies: I have 3 Arabian horses, their names are Roza Dawn, Sarah Dawn and Nikko Star and a Golden Retreiver named Susie Q

 My Family: consists of 2 sons and 5 grandchildren.
