Saddlebrooke
Saddlebrooke is a Master
Planned Retirement Community Northwest of Tucson nestled
in at the base of the Catalina Mountains and is the
largest retirement community in the Tucson area. Among
the many amenities it has 3 golf course with 3
clubhouses, community pools and the most active tennis
group in the Tucson area. Homes for sale in Saddlebrooke
are mostly contemporary with some southwest homes to
choose from. New homes area still being built.
Directions: North on
Oracle Road (Hwy 77) through Oro Valley and Catalina to
Saddlebrooke Blvd. turn right, Saddlebrooke is close the
base of the mountain.
Sun City Vistoso
Sun City is located in Oro
Valley just Northwest of Tucson. Sun City is a well
established, well maintained Retirement Community It has
been completely built out and most homes were built in
the mid 1980” and to the mid 1990’s. Sun City has a
beautiful 18 hole golf course with a large community
center, pool & exercise room. Sun City is close to
everything with shopping just a few minutes away and the
new Northwest Hospital in Oro Valley less than 5
minutes away.
There is a strong sense of
community, a great social group who welcome newcomers
with open arms. The size of the homes in Sun City are
approximately 1500 to 2700 square foot range.

Valley Take Oracle Road (Hwy. 77) North to Rancho

Heritage Highlands
Heritage Highlands is a
Gated, Age Restricted Retirement Community nestled into
the base of the Tortolita Mountains in Northwest Tucson.
It is one of the premier Retirement Communities in the
Tucson Area and includes many amenities for the active
retiree. 18 hole golf course, Tennis courses, Swimming
Pools and beautiful clubhouses. The homes for sale in
Heritage Highlands are all of a contemporary style and
many have excellent Mountain, City Lights or Golf Course
Views. Heritage Highlands has easy access to the
freeway and a short drive to Tucson and Oro Valley. A
new neighborhood shopping center is just minutes away on
Dove Mountain Blvd. This is a newer Retirement
Community and most of the homes are less than 10 years
old.

77) to Tangerine Rd. take Tangerine west to Dove
Mountain turn North on Dove Mountain Blvd. enter Gated
Heritage Highlands by turning left on Heritage Club.
Vistoso Village
Vistoso Village is a small
Age Restricted Retirement Community in Oro Valley
northwest of Tucson. This small Gated Community has
approximately 270 homes and is centrally located in the
Planned Development of Ranch Vistoso and close to
neighborhood shopping and the new Northwest Hospital in
Oro Valley. The homes in Vistoso Village are mostly
smaller in size which suite retirees quite well and most
have two bedrooms or a two bedroom and den floor plan.
The homes in Vistoso Village are also newer than some of
the other homes in Retirement Communities with most
being built in the early 2000’s
